Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services offered by The Technical Room ("TTR", "we", "us", "our"), including our website at thetechnicalroom.ca, Discord community, course content, trading signals, copy-trading tools, and all related platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of all TTR services immediately.

2. Services Provided

The Technical Room is a trading education, signals, and technology platform. Our services include:

• VIP Discord Access — live trading signals (options, swing trades, and forex), daily market analysis, watchlists, and community discussion
• The Master Trading Program — comprehensive trading education course covering beginner to advanced strategies
• FX Copier — Self Copy — automated tool that copies your own trades across multiple MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 accounts
• FX Copier — Master Follow — automated tool that copies trades from a designated TTR master analyst to your MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 accounts
• Trading Journal — web-based journaling and analytics tool for tracking and reviewing your trades
• Chart Terminal — interactive charting tool with bar-by-bar replay for analysis and backtesting
• Library — curated collection of trading education resources and reference material
• Automated Screeners — daily scans and watchlists generated by our proprietary screening tools
• Monthly Zoom Sessions — live Q&A calls, educational workshops, and community events

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content provided by The Technical Room — including but not limited to trading signals, watchlists, course material, FX Copier trades, Zoom sessions, Discord messages, and any analyst commentary — is for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided by TTR constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. We are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

4. FX Copier Services — Self Copy & Master Follow

The FX Copier is an automated trade-copying tool offered as an add-on service. By subscribing to and using the FX Copier, you acknowledge and agree to all of the following:

• Self Copy: The Self Copy service copies trades from one of your own MetaTrader accounts to your other accounts. You are entirely responsible for the trades placed on your master account, the configuration of your copied accounts, and all resulting outcomes.
• Master Follow: The Master Follow service copies trades from a designated TTR analyst's account to your connected accounts. You acknowledge that you are choosing to follow another trader's positions at your own risk. TTR and the analyst are not liable for any losses, margin calls, or account drawdowns resulting from copied trades.
• No guarantees: TTR does not guarantee any level of profit, win rate, or performance from either Self Copy or Master Follow services. Market conditions, latency, slippage, broker differences, spread variations, and other technical factors may cause copied trades to differ from the source account.
• Your responsibility: You are responsible for monitoring your accounts at all times, maintaining adequate margin, configuring appropriate lot sizes and risk parameters, and understanding how the copier operates before enabling it.
• Technical risks: Automated systems are subject to connectivity issues, server downtime, broker outages, and software errors. TTR is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, delays in trade execution, or system interruptions.
• Broker compliance: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that automated copy-trading is permitted under your broker's terms of service and applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Memberships, Pricing & Payments

Current pricing for TTR services is as follows:

• VIP Discord Access — Daily Signals: $50 USD/month, billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis
• The Master Trading Program: $500 USD, one-time payment for lifetime access to course content
• FX Copier — Self Copy (2 Accounts): $50 USD
• FX Copier — Self Copy (5 Accounts): $100 USD
• FX Copier — Self Copy (10 Accounts): $200 USD
• FX Copier — Master Follow (1 Account): $250 USD
• FX Copier — Master Follow (5 Accounts): $750 USD
• FX Copier — Master Follow (10 Accounts): $1,000 USD

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Pricing is subject to change at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers before their next billing cycle. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. TTR does not store your credit card information on our servers.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products and services:

• Monthly Discord memberships are non-refundable once the billing period has started
• Course purchases are non-refundable once any course content has been accessed
• FX Copier purchases are non-refundable once the service has been activated or any trades have been copied
• All purchases are considered final upon access or activation of any content or service
• Any billing inquiries must be directed to [email protected]

Chargebacks filed without first contacting TTR support may result in permanent suspension from all TTR services.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the period expires. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your TTR website login, Discord access, and any API keys or copier credentials associated with your account. Sharing, selling, or transferring your account access to any third party is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

9. Code of Conduct

By using TTR services and joining our Discord community, you agree to:

• Treat all members, analysts, and staff with respect at all times
• Not share, redistribute, copy, screenshot, record, or resell any TTR content, signals, course material, or proprietary tools
• Not engage in spam, harassment, hate speech, threats, or any form of abusive conduct
• Not promote or discuss market manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes, or other illegal trading activity
• Not impersonate TTR staff, analysts, or other members
• Not solicit other members for competing services, referral schemes, or external communities

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate and permanent removal from the community and all TTR services without refund.

10. Reviews, Testimonials & Public Statements

The Technical Room values honest feedback from our community. However, we maintain a strict policy regarding reviews and public statements:

• Any reviews or testimonials shared on our website, Discord, or social media must reflect genuine, truthful experiences
• We reserve the right to remove, flag, or report any reviews that are fabricated, misleading, defamatory, or posted by individuals who have never used our services
• Posting fake or fraudulent reviews — whether positive or negative — about TTR or its analysts on any platform is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination
• TTR reserves the right to pursue appropriate remedies, including reporting fraudulent reviews to the hosting platform, in cases of deliberate defamation or false statements

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on thetechnicalroom.ca and within our Discord server, including but not limited to course material, trading signals, setups, graphics, branding, the Gold Setup methodology, software tools (FX Copier, Journal, Chart Terminal, Screener), custom indicators, and all written and visual content, is the intellectual property of The Technical Room.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or resale of any TTR intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12. Third-Party Services

TTR integrates with and relies on various third-party services including but not limited to Stripe (payments), Discord (community), MetaTrader 4/5 (trading platforms), and various data providers. TTR is not responsible for outages, policy changes, data loss, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Technical Room, its owner, analysts, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use TTR services
• Any trading losses or financial damages resulting from signals, analysis, or copied trades
• Technical failures, system downtime, or software errors affecting the FX Copier or any other tool
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard credentials
• Actions taken by third-party platforms, brokers, or service providers

Your use of TTR services is entirely at your own risk. The total liability of TTR to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to TTR in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Technical Room, its owner, analysts, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

TTR reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or our business, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to access TTR services ceases immediately. No refunds will be issued for termination resulting from a Terms violation.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TTR services shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or Discord. Your continued use of TTR services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
