Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All products and services sold by The Technical Room are 100% digital and delivered instantly upon successful payment. This includes but is not limited to:

• VIP Discord Access — Daily Signals: $50 USD/month
• The Master Trading Program: $500 USD one-time payment
• FX Copier — Self Copy (2 Accounts): $50 USD
• FX Copier — Self Copy (5 Accounts): $100 USD
• FX Copier — Self Copy (10 Accounts): $200 USD
• FX Copier — Master Follow (1 Account): $250 USD
• FX Copier — Master Follow (5 Accounts): $750 USD
• FX Copier — Master Follow (10 Accounts): $1,000 USD
• Any future products, bundles, or services offered by The Technical Room

Once payment is processed and access is granted, the transaction is permanently final. No refund will be issued under any circumstance.

2. No Refunds — Zero Exceptions

We maintain a strict zero refund policy. The following situations do NOT qualify for a refund:

• You changed your mind after purchasing
• You did not use the product or access the content
• You were dissatisfied with trading results, signal performance, or copied trade outcomes
• You forgot to cancel before a renewal date
• You experienced technical difficulties on your own device, broker, or MetaTrader terminal
• You claim you were unaware of this policy
• You dispute the charge with your bank or credit card provider
• FX Copier trades resulted in losses, drawdowns, or margin calls
• Any other reason whatsoever

There are no exceptions to this policy. None.

3. FX Copier Services

FX Copier purchases (Self Copy and Master Follow) are non-refundable once the service has been activated or any trades have been copied. By purchasing the FX Copier:

• You accept that TTR provides the technology only — all trading risk is yours
• Losses from copied trades, slippage, latency, broker differences, or technical issues do not qualify for a refund
• Disconnections, server downtime, or execution delays do not qualify for a refund
• You are solely responsible for monitoring your accounts, setting appropriate lot sizes, and maintaining adequate margin

4. No Returns

As all products are digital and intangible, there is nothing physical to return. All sales are considered delivered and complete the moment payment is confirmed and access is granted.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. However:

• Cancellation stops future billing only — it does not trigger any refund
• You will retain access until the end of your current paid billing period
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused days or weeks remaining in your billing cycle
• Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of any previously charged amount
• FX Copier data (trade history, account credentials, journal entries) is automatically deleted when your subscription ends

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider after purchasing from The Technical Room is considered a violation of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback:

• Your account and all associated access will be immediately and permanently terminated
• You will be permanently banned from purchasing any future TTR products or services
• We reserve the right to pursue legal action and debt collection to recover the disputed amount plus any fees incurred
• Your IP address and device information will be flagged and blocked

We fight all chargebacks with full documentation and purchase records.

7. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly due to a verifiable billing error on our end, you must contact us within 48 hours of the charge at [email protected]. We will review the situation at our sole discretion. This does not guarantee a refund or credit.

8. Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase on thetechnicalroom.ca, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy
• You agree that all sales are final with absolutely no refunds
• You understand these are digital products and services delivered instantly
• You accept full responsibility for any trading outcomes when using FX Copier services
• You waive any right to request a refund, return, or chargeback

If you do not agree with this policy, do not complete your purchase.
